This site shares amateur radio and GMRS information, repeater details, audio streams, and related resources (including links to third-party services such as AllStarLink, EchoLink, Broadcastify, Icecast directories, and others). Content is provided “as-is” for hobby and public-service coordination.

Do not rely on this site for emergencies

Do not use this website or any stream for life-safety or time-critical decision making. For emergencies call 911 or your local emergency number. Repeater autopatch features (where applicable) are not guaranteed and may be unavailable.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, streams, servers, or other users.
• No unlawful, harassing, or infringing content or activity.
• Respect FCC rules, band plans, and local laws when using any radio system referenced here.
• Automated scraping of archived audio or pages at abnormal rates is prohibited.

Accounts & submissions

Where forms are offered (e.g., the contact form), you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

2) Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact form data: When you submit the contact form, we receive the fields you provide (e.g., name, email, message) and the page you came from. The form is processed by Formspree (a third-party form service). See Formspree’s privacy policy for their processing practices.
• Basic server logs: Our web and audio servers typically log IP address, request/response data, timestamps, user-agent, and referrer for security and operations.
• Audio streaming metadata: Icecast servers may expose public stream metadata (stream title/mount name, listener counts). If you contribute a stream, your source connection details (e.g., IP) may be logged on the audio server for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies/analytics: If analytics or performance tools are enabled in the future, this page will be updated to describe them. We currently aim to minimize tracking.

How we use information

• To respond to messages you send via the contact form.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and audio services.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or outages.

Sharing

• Service providers: We use Formspree to process contact form submissions. They receive your submission so we can read and reply. We may also use hosting/CDN or monitoring vendors. We do not sell your personal information.
• Legal/disclosure: We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests.

Retention

• Contact submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable records.
• Server logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary for security and diagnostics.
• Audio archives (if provided at archive.na0d.org) are publicly accessible and may have their own retention cadence; availability may change over time.

Your choices

• You can choose not to submit the contact form. If you previously contacted us and want your message removed, use the contact form and include enough detail for us to find it.
• You can listen to streams directly without the .m3u playlist if your device works better that way.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a hobby/volunteer website. No Internet service is 100% secure.

International visitors
